NPC 0.0 is not a strong enough of a draw for Sov alliances so the PvP is more small gang focused. You can roam with a few pilots or even solo. You can do PvE, so have targets and be targets. You can't kick anyone out of NPC 0.0, They have to decide to leave. So even if a group is always on the losing side they can stay and fight. That means they stay and learn, get better and eventually win. NPC 0.0 is a breeding ground for new 0.0 pilots, both form a PvP and PvE perspective. There is not enough NPC 0.0 space, more is needed. They should be located on the fringes of Empire and there are a lot of places for it. Aridia <-> Genesis Tash-Murkon <-> Stain Anywhere east of Minnie space Lonetrek <-> Vale of the Silent All around Black Rise (Although this is close to Syndicate which is the only good NPC 0.0 for new players/corps/alliances so a new region is need less here.) This Topic was my main personal agenda with my CSM candidacy. More NPC 0.0 space, of the correct type, is needed badly. It not only gives a place for new people to get their feet wet it also gives a place for everyone to find that small gang PvP that everyone says they want/need and is "dead". There is nothing wrong with using pilots instead of fixed installations to jump. The usage of JBs (and Titan Bridges) to move gangs/fleets is also a large problem. The advantage of the smaller group over the larger is smaller logistics and faster movement. Both of those are mitigated for the larger groups when it comes to Jump Bridge.
